  I am former college administrator and former resident of NYC who is now living a very small community in the heart of North Carolina working as a landscaper and plant propagator at a local nursery.  After more than a decade of living in Manhattan, I needed a strong dose of small town living and to reconnect with nature.  Hiking and backpacking are my favorite ways to spend free time, and reading on a warm, sunny beach comes in a close third.
